Explain the old and new locations for your content, what happened when you used Cut/Paste, and what you expect/want to happen. The only thing that can be moved is the content in D5. D5 is the fifth cell down in column D and it is impossible to "move" cell D5 to be anywhere else. In all situations, it is the content that moves, not the cells. They are reflected on the thumbnail in the upper right hand corner.
